
Mr.
Proulx is an independent Logistics consultant specializing in contract management,
warehouse site selection, operations and data management “automation solutions”.
He is a past member of The “Private Truck Counsel of America, American Trucking
Association, Council of Logistics Management, Delta Nu Alpha and past lecturer
for the American Management Association. Mr. Proulx has also served on a sub-committee
on transportation highway safety for the US Congress.
During the course of his career in logistics, Mr. Proulx has held the positions of “Worldwide Transportation Manager” for Data General Corporation, “Worldwide Transportation Manager" for Digital Equipment Corporation , and most recently “Director of Worldwide Logistics” for Bell + Howell Company. His responsibilities for those companies included private fleet operations, domestic and international transportation and distribution, technology applications development in support of logistics, plus warehouse selection and warehouse management programs.
Mr. Proulx is a US Navy veteran, has a degree in business management from Johnson and Wales University and has completed advanced transportation studies at the M.I.T. Center for Transportation Studies and Northwestern University Transportation Center.

Mr. Proulx and his wife Carolyn currently reside in North Carolina. They have
previously resided in California, Illinois, Massachusetts and Connecticut. They
have two children and three grandchildren who all reside in Connecticut.
